"Many thanks to all at SerendipiT for your recent installation of our new file and email server. Before we had the server, our backups were made on as-hoc and manual basis. This depended on people remembering and/or finding the time to make backups. Needless to say when we where busy they were often neglected. Last year we lost a week worth of artwork when one of our computers was stolen. This led to an amount of immediate rework for unprinted work (on top of the designer’s usual workload) and occasional re-work when customers have contacted us to re-print jobs with artwork that was created around that same time. "We identified a need for some additional training to get the best out of our QuickBooks system. We are a small company and we needed someone that could tailor a package to suit our unique requirements. With only two delegates on the course with differing computer abilities we wanted a trainer that would take this into account and ensure both delegates got the full benefit of the training. After speaking to several providers one stood head and shoulders above the rest. SerendipiTi were able to tailor a training package to suit our needs perfectly. One delegate on the course is not office based and Serendipiti were able to arrange times to fit in with the engineer’s site based work; they rearranged the course program to ensure the engineer lost as little time on site as possible. The course content was first rate and the trainer ensured both delegates fully understood each element of the training before moving onto the next. The Trainer was clear and concise and encouraged us to step into “the driving seat” ensuring we were fully involved at all stages. All modules of the course were backed up with actual “real time” data entry of figures and products that were relevant and familiar to us. Both delegates who attended are now confident in their ability to use QuickBooks efficiently and effectively. This enables us to be more productive and has streamlined our office based work enabling our engineers to spend more time on site and less time in the office.
